Cut and layer
Paper and vinyl is precision cutting and assembly for flat materials—cards, decals, stencils, and layered designs.
You plan a layout, cut by hand or with a digital cutter, weed vinyl, and apply pieces to paper, walls, apparel, or other surfaces.
Typical projects include stickers, signs, scrapbook and card designs, iron-on graphics, and decorative cutouts.
At Rochester Makerspace, members use the paper and vinyl studio—including the Cricut—after any required training, and reserve the cutter when they need machine time.
